ARE YOU HAVING PROBLEMS WITH YOUR BANK? We regularly act on behalf of businesses in their dealings with banks. Our role ranges from producing projections to introducing and appointing new bankers. We are often asked to assist in dealings with the 'intensive care' units of banks, and have an excellent record in achieving a positive outcome.
DO YOU HAVE CASH FLOW PROBLEMS?. Whilst companies can survive making losses, a lack of cash can often be terminal. We have assisted a number of clients with managing their cash flows [sometimes on a daily basis] and with fielding queries from creditors. We have acess to a number of funders that will fund companies experiencing timing difficulties.
IS YOUR BUSINESS LOSS-MAKING? Many loss-making companies have a profitable core business. We can help to identify these elements, and then restructure the business to ensure a successful future. Any cost-cutting needs to be carefully managed, so that the business is able to take advantage of opportunities to recover and expand. Profitability can often be improved by analysing profitability of customers and products/services, and taking appropriate action. We often come across situations where companies make losses on certain customers and/or products/services, when all relevant costs are attributed.
DO YOU HAVE TIMELY AND RELEVANT MANAGEMENT INFORMATION? A key area of our expertise is in the design of relevant and brief management reports. Most businesses would benefit from monthly management information that is available no more than 5 days after the previous month end. In our view, the use of Key Performance Indicators [KPIs] and trends information is vital to gaining a real understanding of how the business is really performing, and how it is likely to do so in the future.
