About Us
Philip Mendonça, the founder and Chief Executive Officer, is a Chartered Accountant [FCA] with over 25 years experience in a wide variety of sectors and companies of all sizes, from start-ups to blue-chip multinational corporates. His initial training was with Peat Marwick Mitchell [now KPMG] after which he spent 4 years with the Halma plc group, the latter part as Finance Director of two subsidiary companies. Philip then had 5 years with Ernst & Young Management Consultants, before setting up his own firm. He is equally at home with SMEs and blue-chip organisations.
Peal Partnership is an accredited Inward Investment member of UK Advisory Network [part of UKTI]. We are also an approved Technical Expert for assessing the suitability of R&D projects in SMEs within Europe for matched funding grants.
